ENVE's Road Fork is the fork by which all others are judged, built for road cyclists looking for the optimal balance of weight, strength, and stiffness.
When everyone was turning away from the fork aftermarket, we focused our efforts on creating the best aftermarket fork we could. By following our mantra of functional simplicity, we developed a manufacturing process that allows the fibers in an ENVE fork to run continuously from the top of the steerer to the bottom of the drop-outs. The ENVE forks feature a hollow one-piece design free of bonding or drilling, and the brake bolt hole is molded into the crown, allowing for additional weight savings and strength. You can literally put an ENVE fork on a bike within minutes of it leaving the mold. While this manner of construction is novel, the real win is that the majority of artisan frame builders and customers choose ENVE as their fork of choice due to its confident on-road performance and handling characteristics.

Lighter, stiffer, and more tunable than its competitors, the Mattoc is the desired componentry for all bikes. The Mattoc Expert should be on your bike not just because it can address all needs, but because it can improve the riding experience in a meaningful way. The Expert version of #thepeoplesfork tips the scales at a scant 1770 grams yet is stiffer than nearly anything else available in its travel range. Translation: an extremely lightweight and efficient build whose industry-leading stiffness ensures precise and reactive handling ready to outperform any other product it is compared to. The Manitou Expert boasts an Expert Air spring with IVA, compression damping via the VTT-6P system, and rebound damping via an open cartridge with adjustable TPC. True to Manitou’s industry-leading tuning capabilities, the Expert allows adjustments via Air, Air Volume, Rebound, and 3-position Compression (Open, Trail, Lock) With Open Mode Low-Speed Compression Adjustment. Perhaps the most versatile fork available not only in terms of travel but also application and customization of performance. Such amazing performance, tailor-tuned to your needs, arises from Manitou’s never-ending search for a smoother and better, best ride.
KEY FEATURES
- 27.5” is 20g less than the previous model.
- Over 19% stiffness increase from the current 27.5" 160mm to the new 27.5" 150mm. 29" Stiffness increases are higher.
- Expert air allows for internal travel adjustments with no added parts. New travel spacers account for negative air volume change, so the 110mm fork has the same initial stroke feel as the 150mm
- Expert Air spring systems contain a unique balancing valve that equalizes the positive and negative air chambers during the air fill process. This gives the spring rate a consistent feel without any flat or dead spots in the stroke, along with giving riders of different weights the same initial stroke feel. Expert Air has identical performance to DoradoTM Air in a more cost-effective package.
- Incremental Volume Adjust (IVA) modifies the volume in the positive air chamber with self contained spacers dictating the position of the IVA piston. This allows the main air spring ramp-up to be tuned to the rider's weight, style, and conditions without the need for additional parts.
- A single external compression adjuster that simultaneously adjusts HS and LS damping characteristics. It features a fixed shim stack and a secondary shim stack that is preloaded by the external adjuster. The resulting wide tuning range combines the benefits of a low-speed platform and high-speed progressive tune can suit any terrain.
- Trail Side Relief casting bleed screws allow users to release casting pressure from the fork. Casting pressure increase is normal, and extreme riding can increase the pressure at a fast rate. Temperature and elevation changes can also cause increased casting pressure. Releasing casting pressure can improve overall fork feel and small bump compliance.

Featuring 37mm stanchions and our Reverse Arch design the Mezzer Pro is the stiffest Enduro fork on the market… it’s also the lightest. How did we manage to accomplish this you ask? Well, it’s not hollow if that’s what you're wondering. In fact, this fork is loaded with technologies such as a fully sealed MC² damper, our proven Dorado air spring, and the life-changing IRT volume adjuster. What does all this mean? It means you no longer need to pick two, you can have the lightest, stiffest, and incredibly adjustable fork all at once.
Key Features:
- 37mm stanchions, Reverse Arch design, and Hexlock SL2 axle combined together result in ultimate stiffness

When inflating the fork both the positive and negative air chambers are filled simultaneously equalizing the pressures to create an incredibly supple feel
- IRT (Infinite Rate Tune) volume adjuster allows control over the mid-stroke support and bottom-out progressivity independent from the initial spring rate to independently tune small bump sensitivity and big-hit performance
- Sealed MC² damper provides a range of blow-off thresholds to satisfy any requirement with separate high-speed and low-speed adjustments. Utilizing a bladder, our new sealed cartridge maintains damping consistency in the most severe riding conditions.
- 140mm to 180mm internally adjustable travel in 10mm increments (travel spacers included)
- 27.5” and 29” wheels
- Integrated flexible fender can be installed/removed by three small screws threaded into the arch of the fork
Product Details:
- MC² bladder cartridge damper offers adjustable high-speed compression damping, low-speed compression damping

Coil Fans Rejoice!
Once again, the Dorado is available with a coil option. The new Dorado Comp features the same 37mm chassis as the Expert but with a more set-it-and-forget-it vibe. The coil spring provides a smooth consistent feel 100% of the time with 0% of any hassle. On the damping side of things, our ABS+ Damper offers a great adjustment range, terrific reliability, and easy serviceability. The Dorado Comp is built for riders who just want to ride and not sweat any of the small stuff.
Key Features:
- New 37mm chassis results in a massive increase in stiffness and ride quality. The new chassis is 20% stiffer compared to our former 36mm version.
- Inverted Design provides an incredibly smooth and consistent feel due to constant lubrication of the bushings and seals. The inverted design also provides a major increase in fore-aft stiffness compared to traditional forks while maintaining torsional compliance which provides more control to the rider over rough terrain.
- Coil Spring provides maximum bump sensitivity and simple service procedures. The standard spring rate provided in the fork is a medium rate of 35lb/in. For tuning, there are six spring rates available for this fork; 25lb/in, 30lb/in, 35lb/in, 40lb/in, 45lb/in, and 50lb/in.
- ABS+ damper is known for its incredible reliability and easy tunability. Adjustments include a low-speed compression adjustment and a low-speed rebound adjustment.
- Fits both 29" and 27.5" wheels. Markings on the outer legs indicate the proper clamping point for the ideal axle to crown measurements depending on wheel size. The fork legs can be used with both wheel sizes.
- Two Crown Options are available with this fork. The 47 offset is designed to work with 27.5" wheels and intended axle to crown. The 57 offset crown is designed for 29" wheels and axle to crown. For those looking to run the lower offset crown with 29" wheels please reference our fit document to see if your headtube length is compatible.

The new Mattoc is the fruit of one of the most profound development cycles in Manitou history. It is the physical embodiment of “great things take time”. It is not an offering that follows the crowd, designed around the latest trend or buzz of the market. Rather, a component that aims to add real value and benefit to the rider. Capable of not only pulling duty in a range of disciplines ranging from XC to light enduro but doing so with zero compromise makes the Mattoc “best-in-class” ! The lightest, stiffest, and most tunable fork over more segments than any of its competitors, the Mattoc PRO is an amazingly versatile product capable of vastly improving your time in the saddle. At 1750 grams it is a featherweight solution given its wide travel range, yet its industry-leading stiffness lends it to a performance without rival. Consider also its amazing reliability and you have a fork that does it all and does it amazingly. A true, no-compromise, authentic fork, serving the real needs of the widest range of the mtb public and offering serious performance advantages to each individual one of them, no matter how they choose to ride.
The Dorado Air spring with IRT allows for an extremely lightweight build yet a suspension performance derived from our top-of-the-line DH fork. Compression damping via MC2 Sealed Cartridge with HBO technology and a sealed damper TPC for rebound, and you’ve got yourself an extremely sophisticated piece of suspension technology. Adjustable Air, IRT, Rebound, High and Low-Speed compression make for perhaps the most tunable, personalized custom performance suspension solution available on the market. Include all of this technology into an extremely stiff, reliable, 1750 gram package and you have a ride-changing component that is the envy of the industry
Key Features:
- 59 grams decrease from the previous model.
- Over 19% stiffness increase from the current 27.5” 160mm to the new 27.5” 150mm. 29” Stiffness increases are higher.
- DoradoTM air allows for internal travel adjustments with no added parts. New travel spacers account for negative air volume change, so the 110mm fork has the same initial stroke feel as the 150mm.
- Dorado Air spring systems contain a unique balancing valve that equalizes the positive and negative air chambers during the air fill process. This gives the spring rate a consistent feel without any flat or dead spots in the stroke, along with giving riders of different weights the same initial stroke feel. Dorado Air is our lightest-weight air spring technology.
- Infinite Rate TuneTM (IRT) allows for advanced spring tuning by independently adjusting air pressures in the beginning and end stroke. IRT technology creates a secondary positive air spring that affects only the middle-to-end stroke of the fork. This allows the main air spring to be set to lower pressures for improved small bump sensitivity while maintaining mid-stroke support and moderate to aggressive end-stroke ramp-up.
- Sealed Dampers offer more consistent damping and lighter breakaway force, especially over long descents. Our Damper uses a bladder system to compensate for head build-up along with a relief valve. Using both systems gives us consistency along with a long service life. Having non-adjustable HBO eases setup for the user.
- TSR (Trail Side Relief) casting bleed screws allow users to release casting pressure from the fork. Releasing casting pressure can improve overall fork feel and small bump compliance.
